My favorite dish is gratin. Gratin is so creamy. I love it from I was a child. I can make it. Especially, I like cheese, white source and macaroni. When I went to Joyful, I often eat it because it is very cheap and has plenty of volume. Gratin is French country dishes. When I go to western restaurant, I eat it. I have an aversion to hot dishes but I like it. I always burn my tongue. I often bought Hokkaido Gratin. It is rich but not greasy. Also there are numerous variations of Gratin. For example, there are spinach gratin, chicken Gratin and mushroom Gratian and so on. If I go to France, I want to eat genuine Gratin someday.
